5.2.4 FRAME POSITION BOLTS
The machine is designed to position the idler
rollers approximately 2 inches (50 mm) above
the surface as the pick-up assembly moves into
the bag. Tilt the frame back until it is at the de-
sired angle, height or position.
To set angle or position, follow this procedure:
1. Clear the area of bystanders, especially
small children.
2. Place all controls in neutral or off, stop en-
gine, set park brake, remove ignition key
and wait for all moving parts to stop before
servicing, adjusting, repairing, or unplug-
ging.
3. Loosen jam nuts on each position bolt.
4. Turn position bolts until they seat against
the frame.
5. Tighten jam nuts to their specifed torque.
