4.7 MACHINE PLACEMENT

Follow this procedure when placing the Pro Grain
Extractor into its working position:
1. Clear the area of bystanders, especially small
children, before starting.
2. Be sure there is enough clearance from other
equipment tomove themachine into its work-
ing position.
3. Pull the tail of the bag away from the main
body.
4. Open the end of the bag.
5. Cross cut the bag approximately 12 inches
(300 mm) at right angles to the bag toward
the top of the pile of grain in the bag.
6. Slit the bag from the end up to the cross
cut..

NOTE
Always place the cross cut on the bag
before slitting to prevent the plastic from
opening in an uncontrolled manner. The
cross cut will stop the slit.
