LIMITED WARRANTY
Tridekon warrants to the buyer that the Grain Bag Extractor is free from defects in material and workman-
ship.
The warranty registration must be flled out and returned to Tridekon to validate any future warranty
claims.
This warranty is only effective as to any new machinery which has not been altered, changed, repaired or
treated since its delivery to the buyer, other than by Tridekon or its authorized dealers or employees, and
does not apply to accessories, attachments, tools or parts, sold or operated with the new machinery, if they
have not been manufactured by Tridekon.
Tridekon shall only be liable for defects in the materials or workmanship attributable to faulty material or
bad workmanship that can be proved by the buyer, and specifcally excludes liability for repairs arising as a
result of normal wear and tear of the new machinery or in any other manner whatsoever, and without limiting
the generality of the forgoing, excludes application or installation of parts not completed in accordance with
Tridekon operator's manual, specifcations, or printed instructions and when used beyond recommended
rating or capacity.
A Tridekon Warranty Form must be sent to Tridekon via fax (204-966-3335) within seven (7) days after the
defect becomes apparent or the repairs become necessary. Note: The warranty registration must be flled
out and on fle at Tridekon to receive any warranty. This warranty shall expire one (1) year after the date
of delivery of the new machinery to the original owner or thirty (30) days when used in a rental application.
If these conditions are fulflled, Tridekon shall at its own cost and its own option either repair or replace any
defective parts provided that the buyer shall be responsible for all expenses incurred as a result or repairs, la-
bour, parts, transportation or any other work, unless Tridekon has authorized such expenses in advance.
The warranty shall not extend to any repairs, changes, alterations, or replacements made to the new equip-
ment other than by Tridekon for its authorized dealers or employees.
This warranty extends only to the original owner of the new equipment.
Rubber parts are not warranted. (Including tires, hoses, grommets)
This warranty is limited to the terms stated herein and is in lieu of any other warranties whether express or
implied, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, excluded all warranties, express or implied or
conditions whether statutory or otherwise as to quality and ftness for any purpose of the new equipment.
Tridekon disclaims all liability for incidental or consequential damages. Tridekon shall not be liable for inci-
dental or consequential damages for any breach or warranty including but not limited to inconvenience, rental
or replacement equipment, loss of profts or other commercial loss. Upon purchase, the buyer assumes
all liability, all personal injury and property damage resulting from handling, possesion or use of goods by
the buyer.
This Extractor is subject to design changes and Tridekon shall not be required to retro-ft or exchange items
on previously sold units except at its own option.
